David Krestan is managing partner of WGA ZT GmbH and managing director of WGA Deutschland GmbH. He started his civil engineering education at the Höhere Technische Bundeslehr- und Versuchsanstalt Mödling / Lower Austria and then studied architecture at the Vienna University of Technology. Furthermore, David Krestan successfully passed the property developer exam in 2015 and the civil engineer exam in 2017.
During his many years with WGA ZT GmbH, David Krestan has been responsible for project development and contract management, costing, tendering and site supervision.
As a member of our design team, David Krestan has also successfully developed various project studies and architectural competition entries during his time with the company, where he was able to expand his expertise in the development of tendering procedures. In parallel, he has been responsible for the operational management of architectural and general planning tasks, as well as contracting and internal cost tracking. Currently, David continues to be responsible for the overall project management of large, complex new-build projects in a variety of sectors, ranging from infrastructure and university buildings to healthcare, residential and social housing. As a recognised expert in the field of modular construction, David Krestan participates in various industry conferences and has given several presentations on the subject of modular construction.
